Graphic Designer
Jenn didn’t always know she wanted to be a graphic designer. As a child, she wanted more than anything to be an astronaut. “I still have my flight suit from Space Camp and break it out for Halloween every now and then!”
After receiving a BS degree in Psychology, a chance assignment to start a corporate newsletter for her workplace uncovered her true desire to pursue graphic design. She soon left that workplace to hone in on her creativity at The Advisory Board (ABC), where she advanced to Senior Graphic Designer.
Since that time, she has owned a luxury stationery business in addition to other lead graphic designer roles.
In her role as Graphic Designer at Threshold Media, Jenn brings our clients’ messages and brand from concept to fruition. Her degree in Psychology certainly plays a large role in her success at keying in on the needs of our clients’ and their ideal customers – as does her spunky personality and unending creativity!
Her creativity extends far beyond the workplace – and her laptop screen. Jenn also loves to paint and refinish furniture. “I got my love of working with my hands from my grandfather, who built furniture.”
The essence of who Jenn is lies in her favorite quote, by Ralph Waldo Emerson: “Successful is the person who has lived well, laughed often and loved much, who has gained the respect of children, who leaves the world better than they found it, who has never lacked appreciation for the earth’s beauty, who never fails to look for the best in others or give the best of themselves.”
