As Senior Web & Graphic Designer, James brings a thoughtful, research-driven approach to our client projects. He immerses himself in client materials, studies demographics, analyzes competitors, and pulls inspiration from creative research to craft designs that not only look good, but elevate a brand’s presence and purpose. For James, every project is a unique challenge, and that’s what fuels his creativity.
James’ passion for design began in high school when his dad’s marketing firm transitioned to Macs. While he couldn’t get into art class, he found his way into graphic arts, where he discovered how typography, layout, margins, and spacing could transform communication. That early spark set the course for his career. As the internet evolved, James adapted with it, expanding into web design, front-end development, image optimization, and frameworks – giving him the ability to see not just whether a design is visually strong, but whether it will work seamlessly online.
What he loves most about working at Threshold Media? “The team. Each person brings their own expertise, which allows us to move with precision and efficiency to meet our clients’ goals.”
Outside of work, James enjoys watching sports (F1, NFL, NBA, and baseball), exploring museums, and traveling (his favorite spot is Rome, Italy!). His bucket list includes skydiving, visiting Japan and Dubai, and attending an F1 race.
