Storytelling is at the root of Anders’ work – a skill he honed in his early sports broadcasting career. As Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Digital Content Specialist, he transforms our clients’ online presence into a strategic advantage. From keyword optimization to crafting powerful stories that connect with audiences, he elevates brands with the seamless integration of SEO and engaging digital content.

“SEO is the driving force for our clients’ website strategy,” he says. This, alongside impactful storytelling, lays the foundation for all digital marketing efforts, ensuring that users can not only find a client’s website, but are compelled to interact with it. 

After earning his Bachelor’s degree in Journalism from Hofstra University, he served as pregame, postgame, and halftime show host and board operator for the flagship football and men’s basketball radio broadcasts at Kent State University, Western Kentucky University, and the University of Texas. He also provided radio play-by-play coverage for baseball teams including the Lynchburg Hillcats, a Single-A affiliate of the Cleveland Guardians. 

But it was the written word that was calling him for his next career move, after having served as a writer and SEO specialist for the Seattle Mariners blog, “Lookout Landing” for nearly a decade. 

In his role at Threshold Media, Anders creates digital content calendars, crafts engaging social media posts, oversees digital marketing projects, drafts marketing and operational emails, and conceptualizes new marketing initiatives for our clients.

When he’s not storytelling or crafting SEO strategies, he is likely playing video games – mostly RPG and strategy games for the Switch – or reading fantasy and sci-fi books.
